Halloween Tradition is chili! I’m making this healthy version this year
- 30 oz lean ground turkey (95-97% lean)
- 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 30 oz tomato sauce
- 4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Splenda
- Brown the ground turkey and drain it.
- Add all ingredients to crockpot.
- Cook for 8 hours on low (or 4 hours on high)
(Alternatively, you can cook this on the stove in a stock pot for about an hour.)
